Marcus joined the Coldwell Banker Endsley team in December, 2003 after graduating from California State University Stanislaus, with a Business Administration degree. He grew up in Turlock and is very familiar with the area. Marcus works together with his father, Jim Theis. Together they are a multi-million dollar team that is consistently one of the highest producers for Coldwell Banker Endsley.

Marcus’s business education has provided him with the many tools that are needed in today’s challenging market. He brings innovative marketing ideas, the ability to utilize cutting edge technology, up-to-date market analysis, and the business professionalism needed to be successful.

Marcus and his wife Elizabeth have one daughter, Betsy, who was born in 2007. They live on their family’s almond ranch in rural Turlock where Elizabeth & her father, Gary Crowell, farm together. Hobbies include entertaining family & friends, taking bike rides through the orchard, playing softball, and enjoying a round of golf, every now and then.
