John & Nellie Lazar...

We are a husband and wife sales team with over 30 years combined real estate sales experience, which qualifies us to assist you with all of your real estate needs.

John has been licensed since 1985 and earned his broker’s license in 1993. Nellie has been licensed since 1991. Both of us received Baccalaureate Degrees from California State University Stanislaus. Nellie graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and John was a double-major earning his B.A. in Communications and Political Science.

We are both members of the Central Valley, California and National Associations of Realtors. We reside and are involved in Turlock where John was raised and is involved in Public Service. John is also an active member of Turlock Noon Rotary, and Nellie is on the Board of Directors for Turlock Youth Performing Arts (TYPA). Family time is very important to us, and we love spending time with our boys. We do many activities together, including reading, watching movies, playing board games, cooking, and traveling.

We have both received numerous awards in our field. Nellie is a past recipient of the CVAR President’s Award, and John has been given the Realtor of the Year award, which is only given to those who are truly dedicated to their field and community. John has also received the 2008 Turlock Citizen of the Year Award for his years in public service. We have consistently been the top listing and sales agents at Coldwell Banker Endsley and Associates since 1995 and John has been a member of the Masters Club since 1999.
