Jim joined Coldwell Banker Endsley in July, 2000 after spending over 30 years in the food processing industry with ConAgra and Foster Farms. He is a native of Turlock, having attended Turlock High School and obtained a Business Degree from California State University Stanislaus. Since joining the Coldwell Banker Endsley team, Jim has become a perennial multi-million dollar producer, specializing in relocations with a number of the area’s largest employers, investment properties, and ranches. He is a member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors Master’s Club and has earned membership into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle for 2004. He was selected as Realtor of the Year 2002 by the Turlock Council of Realtors and is a licensed real estate broker.

Jim’s strong sense of community involvement has continued in his current position. He has been involved with the United Way of Stanislaus County and has been the Turlock Campaign Chair in 1992, 2000, & 2001, and served on the Board of Directors. He is also CEO of the Turlock Regional Sports Complex Foundation that is actively raising funds for the new sports/soccer complex adjacent to the new Pitman High School. In April 2004 he received the Distinguished Public Service Award from Rotary International District 5220.

He has been an ardent supporter of the Turlock Chamber of Commerce serving as a Director from 1985-1993. After a 7- year hiatus, Jim has rejoined the Board and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for 2002. He sits on the Chamber committees involved with Economic Development, Agriculture, and Legislative issues. He received recognition as the Chamber Volunteer of the Year in 1993 and again in 2001, and received the Turlock Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Service Award in 1999. He was recognized as the Citizen of the Year for 2003 by the Turlock Chamber of Commerce.

Jim and his wife Esther have two sons, Marcus (recent graduate of CSUS and part of the Coldwell Banker Endsley real estate team) and Matt (freshman at University of Arizona). He always enjoys a game of golf has been a member of the Turlock Country Club for the past 16 years.
