Howard has lived in Turlock nearly his entire life. He has been married to his wife Vangie for 33 years. His son David and daughter Holly graduated from Turlock High School. David is married to Monica and Holly is married to Ricky Kindle. Our two grandchildren have enriched our lives.

Howard has a Business Administration degree from Menlo College and is a two tour Vietnam Vet. He has owned and operated his own business for 26 years.
