Dennis Doo, a Turlock native started developing his business experience at Liberty Markets his family’s supermarket operation as soon as he could sweep floors and put away pop bottles. He eventually became a retail consultant for the grocery industry. From 1994 to 2000, Dennis held a position in Asia where he oversaw development and management for over 200 supermarkets in seven different countries for IGA International.

Dennis has been investing in real estate most of his adult life. Upon retuning to the U.S., his interest and involvement in real property made it only natural for him to pursue his Real Estate license.

Because Dennis has invested and developed real estate himself, he has an eye for identifying prime property. He has the ability to see the potential each property has and can help you find your next great investment, whether it be a single family dwelling, a multiple residential unit or other commercial and income properties.

Dennis specializes in 1031 Exchanges and Tenant-In-Common (T.I.C.) properties. Dennis is a strong believer in giving back to his community. He has been a member of the Turlock Salvation Army Advisory Board for close to five years and is active in a number of other local non-profit organizations. He conducts a weekly youth volleyball class at the Salvation Army, enjoys motor sports and traveling with his wife, Claudia Silva-Doo.
